Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon
Avocado
Dill
Lemon
Cream Cheese
Steps:
- Mix half a package of cream cheese and one whole avocado together in a bowl.
- Once both are nice and creamy, add in chopped fresh dill and the juice from one whole lemon.
*Save some dill for garnish at the end
- Once all filling ingredients are mixed together, lay each slice of smoked salmon on counter and scoop a row of the filling into the middle
- Fold over the salmon and roll into a log shape
- Repeat this for the rest of your smoked salmon pieces
- Once all have been completed, garnish with fresh dill and slices of lemon.
- Serve and ENJOY
